Love Stone Yoni eggs, also referred to as jade eggs, love eggs or yoni stones, are carved and polished egg-shaped semi-precious gemstones that are used to improve pelvic floor strength through activating and strengthening the pelvic floor muscles.

Choosing the Size of your Love Stone Yoni Egg
Choose from an X-Small, Small, Medium, Large or X-Large yoni egg or a set of three to work your way up from Large orr X-Large egg to an X-small or small.
- The Medium size Yoni egg is best for beginners, it is large enough to hold onto and lighter weight than the Large.
- Choose a Med or Large yoni egg if you have given birth before and require pelvic floor training to strengthen your pelvic floor.
- The small yoni egg is recommended for women with pelvic tension/ cramping/ vaginal tightness requiring softening and release. It is also used by seasoned practitioners, who are able to hold it. Being small, it is more difficult/ advanced to hold on to.

Where are the pelvic floor muscles and how do I use a yoni egg to strengthen them?
The pelvic floor muscles are positioned like a mini trampoline that spans across the area where you sit at the base of the pelvis. Spanning from the pubic bone at the front, to the lower part of the tail bone at the back and from side to side between the sit bones.
The pelvic floor muscles are positioned in layers in the floor of the pelvis. This position can make them vulnerable to strain and injury, especially in women, due to the stress on the pelvic floor in childbirth. Pelvic floor exercises with a yoni egg can help women alleviate some pelvic floor problems such as incontinence or prolapse symptoms.
Love Stone Yoni eggs are used for pelvic floor training. If you have mild incontinence issues, you can practice with a yoni egg daily to strengthen and tone your pelvic floor.

Caring for your Love Stone Yoni egg
- Wash with a gentle soap before first use and after each use, including the string. Rinse well and leave it to dry thoroughly before reusing.
- With regular practice, it becomes important to energetically clean your jade egg by putting it in a bowl of sea salt.
Using your Love Stone yoni egg - Some Kegel exercises
- When you feel ready, insert your Love Stone into your vagina large end first (string side down).
- Isolate and contract the anterior muscles of the vagina, which will keep your Love Stone in.
- Gently squeeze your Love Stone in the middle section of the vaginal canal until you feel you have a grip on it. Practice moving your egg up and down the length of the canal and keep your egg from popping out until you’re ready.
- When out of breath, exhale and relax PC (pubococcygeus) muscle completely while keeping egg in.
- On inhale, repeat step 5.
- Repeat 10 times, at least 2-3 times per week.
- When finished, relax and push your egg out.

Yoni eggs are not able to be exchanged or returned for a refund, as they are used internally. So please choose carefully before purchasing.
Precautions for use of yoni eggs
Important – Do not practice with a Love Stone if you are pregnant or right after childbirth. A Yoni egg can be a wonderful practice to start postpartum, just make sure to consult your doula, midwife or doctor before you start.
The egg will also likely come out when you go to the toilet so remember to remove first, so you don't lose it!
Consult a qualified healthcare practitioner to see if using a yoni egg may be suitable for you.
Do not use a yoni egg without clearance from qualified medical practitioner if you; are pregnant, use an IUD, are suffering from an infection or STI, have a hyperactive pelvic floor, have pelvic organ prolapse, have had vaginal or pelvic organ surgery in the last 3 months, experience pain during intercourse, suffer from vaginismus or other gynaecological medical conditions.

Store your yoni egg in the pouch provided and keep it out of reach of young children as they may be a choking hazard.
Please note: some colour imperfections may be visible on the surface of your yoni egg due to natural variations in the stone. Natural imperfections and variations do not indicate the yoni egg is defective. Each stone is carefully checked for chips and scratches, if you do chip or scratch your egg, it may become difficult to thoroughly clean, and you should discontinue use.
Do I wear these with a tampon, cup or pad?
Eco briefs are a complete replacement for other leak management products. There is no need to use anything else in conjunction with them, even on your heaviest days, with our heavy and super absorbency briefs holding up to 60 ml. If you do like to wear a menstrual eco cup, you can choose light or moderate absorbency underwear, to wear as a backup for when your cup overflows. Refer to our Know Your Flow page, for more guidance.
Eco pads are also a complete replacement for other period and lbl products, with 4 layer Eco-tech designed to provide absorbency up to 100 ml.
What size is right for me?
We recommend taking your normal underwear size.
Do I need to wash them before wear?
Yes, we recommend washing your period underwear and eco pads before the first time you wear them to help prime the 4 layer eco technology.
What does it feel like wearing them?
Our eco briefs feel just like regular underwear! The absorbent gusset was designed to be comfy and discreet, never bulky or heavy. Just choose your favourite style of underwear and you are good to go!
Eco Pads are soft and comfortable and clip into your regular underwear to keep them in place. They use ‘dry touch’ technology to keep you feeling dry, even with heavy flows. Please monitor and if you start to feel ‘wetness’, please change your eco briefs or eco pads.
To determine your size, there are two ways to check:
1. Measure your best fitting underwear or swimwear at home against the 'Half waist Flat Lay' measurements. This is the dimension of the top of the waist band of your underwear, when they are lying flat.
2. Measure around your hips, so over your hip bones and check against the Hip measurements either below or on the specific size chart for your product.
If there is a discrepancy between your hip measurements and your flat lay measurements with our size chart, go with the flat lay measurements, as they represent the actual underwear you are buying and will be more accurate.

How to measure
To choose the right size, follow the tips below:
- Use a flexible measuring tape for maximum accuracy.
- Measure hip dimensions on bare skin or over thin, tight-fitting fabric.
- For flat lay half waist measuring, take the measurement of the garment when unstretched, and be mindful or how stretchy the elastic is of your sample, as very stretchy elastics will be designed to stretch out, so give some allowance for that.

- Choose express post if you are in a hurry, express orders are prioritised for fulfillment and also get to you within 1-3 business days (or check Australia Post website for current delivery estimates).
- Regular Post orders are delivered between 2-7 business days generally, within Australia. Some delays can be expected at times due to sales and holidays.
- Same business day dispatch on express post orders placed before 9am (except weekends and public holidays) Regular post orders may take 1-2 business days for fulfillment.
- Pre-order items will be shipped in 1-2 weeks or in accordance with product page.
- Tracking details will be sent by email once shipped for trackable items.
- We use Australia Post letter for small orders and Parcel post and Sendle.
- International Shipping - Orders over $200 will be shipped free for most countries. Some are charged at $24.90 flat rate. Major countries (USA, EUR CAN) are charged $24.90 AUD for postage for orders under $200. New Zealand rate is $15.90 for orders over $170.
- Any and all customs charges are the responsibility of the customer, including the cost to return it to Eco Period Australia when refused by the recipient at time of delivery.
Returns
- We offer a 14 day return window on unworn garments. 60 day risk free trial applies to a single pair of underwear, not to a bundle, subject to conditions set out in our Returns policy.
- No returns or refunds on yoni eggs, menstrual cups or kegel balls.
- Items marked as clearance or sale items cannot be returned for a refund. An exchange may be possible, at your cost for postage of exchange items.
- Underwear/swimwear returned must have been tried on over the top of clean underwear; and not worn or washed; if this is not followed, we cannot not provide a credit/exchange.
- A credit or exchange is provided upon receipt of your returned garment/s or receipt of notice that goods have been posted back to us.
- Processing timeframes may vary; please allow up to ten business days.
- We suggest sending your return/s with tracking so that you know when your parcel has arrived to us.
