Unlike tampons, Eco Period Cup collects menstrual flow instead of absorbing it, so there’s no trace residue, which limits dryness, irritation and odour.

Ridges and Easy Grip Ball end for ease of removal.

Air holes at the top for air circulation, so anaerobic bacteria can't reproduce.

Soft but springy - which means you won't feel it when you're wearing it, but being springy, it will easily open and thus avoid leaks.

100% Medical Grade Silicone - completely safe to use. BPA and phthalate-free, hypoallergenic and contains no bleaches, latex or plastic.

No need to trim the stem, which can leave a rough uncomfortable edging, and with a short stem, you don't risk having an uncomfortable stem protruding out.

Fold it with the push down fold, so it resembles a tampon-like thinner shape, aim it toward the back of the vagina and give a little push.

It will sit lower than a tampon, so you won't need to push back as far.

It will pop open and vacuum seal into place. If it doesn't unfold properly, pull it down a little and push back up again

When it's inserted correctly, you won't feel its presence. The stem should be completely inside, not hanging out at all, as that would feel uncomfortable.

How to Clean

The material we use; allows the discharge to easily slip out of the cup. A quick rinse in water will leave the Eco Period Cup; ready to be einserted.

If you're out and about, don't worry! You can use a piece of tissue, or a wipe, to clean your cup. In between your periods, sterilise your cup with the Microwaveable Menstrual Cup Steriliser (available as a bundle).
