How to choose a size for your menstrual disc
Choose size Small if you have light to moderate flows, as the capacity on the small size is less than the large. The physical size of the small disc is a lot smaller than the large disc, so it is can be the better option for teens (as long as their flow is not too heavy).
Choose size Large if you have have moderate to heavy flows, given birth/ have reduced pelvic floor strength. The size of this disc is larger, but still easily inserted by squeezing it into a long narrow shape.
