Flat rate shipping of $5 for orders less than $50. Free for over $50.
Express post charged at flat rate of $10.90 - this is recommended if you need your order in 1-3 days.
All in stock items are dispatched within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays and busy sale periods) and deliver in 3-8 business days. We use Australia post and Sendle.
Pre-orders are shipped according to timeframes set out on product pages. If additional delays are expected, you will be advised.
Orders over $150 will be shipped free for most countries. Some are charged at $25 flat rate. Major countries (USA, EUR CAN) are charged $19.95 AUD for postage for orders under $150. New Zealand rate is $12.90 (orders under $150)
Any and all customs charges are the responsibility of the customer, including the cost to return it to Eco Period Australia when refused by the recipient at time of delivery. More information below.
- 7 Business days (this excludes weekends and public holidays) for orders to New Zealand. $12.90 charged for orders up to $150, otherwise free.
- 10 Business days (this excludes weekends and public holidays) for orders to Asia, United States, Canada, Pacific Islands, United Kingdom, Ireland & Europe (we often ship to the Netherlands, Greece, Italy, Germany and France).
- 14-20 Business Days (this excludes weekends and public holidays) Rest of World.
- Some items do take longer to get out to you. Some countries will take up to 30 days for delivery.
- If your item(s) is in transit, we are unable to cancel or refund, unless it is evident that the parcel is lost in the post (and we will firstly offer to send a replacement after lodging an investigation with the postal authority).
- All orders that are placed before 7:30am AEST will be processed same business day.*
- Any orders that are placed after 7:30am AEST will be processed next business day.*
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been packed and it's ready to be shipped. Please check your spam mail for this email if it is not visible in your inbox.
- Our team of pick-packing gypsies need their rest, so no orders will be processed over the weekend or on public holidays. We will endeavour to have them all processed by the returning business day.
- We appreciate your patience during our sales and busy periods and ensure you that we will work as fast as we can to get your order out.
- Please note that once your order has left our warehouse, we will be unable to make any changes to the shipping address or contents of the order. Eco Period is not responsible for missing parcels if the incorrect address is provided, so please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.
