Our yoni eggs and wands are carved from 100% natural rose quartz and are in no way chemically treated. All eggs are drilled.

What are Yoni Eggs and Wands Used for?
Love Stone Yoni Eggs and Massage Wands are tools used to perform exercises to strengthen your pelvic muscles, help you access your sexual power and awaken your sensuality through awareness of your yoni (sacred space).
If you have mild incontinence issues, you can practice with a yoni egg daily to strengthen and tone your pelvic floor.
Please note that the colour of rose quartz can fade under direct sunlight, so consider energetically cleansing your rose quartz egg using the moonlight, or white sage.

When you feel ready, insert your Love Stone into your vagina large end first (string side down). Isolate and contract the anterior muscles of the vagina, which will keep your Love Stone in.
Gently squeeze your Love Stone in the middle section of the vaginal canal until you feel you have a grip on it. Practice moving your egg up and down the length of the canal and keep your egg from popping out until you’re ready.
When out of breath, exhale and relax PC (pubococcygeus) muscle completely while keeping egg in.
On inhale, repeat step 5.
Repeat 10 times, at least 2-3 times per week.
When finished, relax and push your egg out.

With regular practice, it becomes important to energetically clean your jade egg by putting it in a bowl of sea salt.
It is recommended as a general rule, to start with the large egg for about a month, practicing a few times a week. then moving on to the medium size and after about 6 months of practice, progressing to the small size.
However, this is general advice, you may find the large egg too big or too heavy for your vaginal muscles and prefer to start with a medium or small size. It really depends on the individual and what feels right for you.

The large egg is the recommended starting point for most women, particularly those who have experienced vaginal childbirth, as it is easier to grip and hold while you are still developing pelvic floor awareness. As your control increases, you progress to medium and then small.

If you ever feel unsure about removal, relax your body, take a few slow deep breaths, and bear down gently as if having a bowel movement — the egg will release naturally.
