These are the recommended Australia Post Christmas delivery dates for 2025 for orders dispatched from Queensland (including our Sunshine Coast HQ). We’ll keep this page updated as AusPost releases new information.

We process and ship orders on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, so please read the notes carefully to make sure your parcel makes it in time.

📦 Standard Parcel Post — Order By Dates

To Western Australia (Perth Metro)

AusPost Cut-Off: Wednesday, 17 December 2025

Because we fulfil on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, this means:

👉 To make the 17 December cut-off, please place your order by:
Tuesday, 16 December (11:59pm AEST)
So we can pack and dispatch your parcel on Wednesday 17 December.

Notes:

  • Regional WA may require earlier ordering.

  • If shopping later, Express Post is recommended.

To Eastern States (NSW, VIC, ACT)

Order by: Friday, 19 December 2025

We will be fulfiling on Friday 19 December, so orders placed by Thursday night (18 Dec) will make this cut-off.

Notes:

  • Metro only — regional areas may require earlier ordering.

  • Express is available for last-minute orders.

⚡️ Express Post — Order By Dates (All States)

Order by: Tuesday, 23 December 2025

Because our fulfilment days are Monday, Wednesday, Friday, your last chance for Christmas Express dispatch will be:

👉 Monday, 22 December (11:59pm AEST)
Your order will be packed and shipped on Tuesday via our special dispatch, or first thing Wednesday morning.

  • Regional/remote areas may require earlier lodgement.

  • Express upgrades appear automatically at checkout.

🏷 Holiday Fulfilment Schedule (Important)

To give our small team a break over Christmas, our fulfilment schedule will adjust slightly:

🎁 Christmas Period

  • Last pre-Christmas fulfilment: Friday 20 December

  • No fulfilment: 24–28 December

  • Fulfilment resumes: 29–31 December

🎉 New Year Period

  • No fulfilment: 1–4 January

  • Regular fulfilment resumes: Monday, 5 January

Orders can still be placed 24/7 during this period — they will simply be packed and shipped on the next fulfilment day.
