We support NDIS participants with comfortable, reusable period and continence care products. Plan Managed and Self Managed participants can order through us directly.
Who Can Order Through NDIS?
We currently support two plan management types. Check which one applies before submitting your request.
Your plan manager handles payments on your behalf. Submit our order request form and we'll send the invoice directly to your plan manager.
You manage your own NDIS funds. Order through our store as usual, then submit your Eco Period invoice to your NDIS account for reimbursement.
We are not a registered NDIS provider and cannot accept NDIA-managed plans at this stage. Please check with your support coordinator for alternatives.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are Eco Period products NDIS approved?
Eco Period is not a registered NDIS provider, but our products are commonly claimed under Consumables (Core Support) by Plan Managed and Self Managed participants. Always confirm eligibility with your plan manager or support coordinator before ordering.
Can my support coordinator order on my behalf?
Yes. Support coordinators can complete the Order Request Form on behalf of a participant. Just include the participant's NDIS number and plan manager contact details in the form.
How long does it take to process an invoice request?
We aim to send invoices to plan managers within 1 to 2 business days of receiving your form. Once payment is confirmed, your order is packed and shipped with tracking.
What if I need help choosing the right products?
Add a note in the comments field of the order request form and we'll recommend the right products and sizes for your needs. You can also email us at info@ecoperiod.com.au.
Do you provide a tax invoice?
Yes. Every order comes with a full tax invoice sent to your email address. Self Managed participants can use this to claim reimbursement from their NDIS funds.
Can I return or exchange if the size is wrong?
Yes. We offer exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 20 days of delivery. Use our returns portal to get started.
Why can't you accept NDIA-managed plans?
NDIA-managed plans require purchases to be made through registered NDIS providers only. We are not currently a registered provider. We are working toward this and will update the page when that changes.
