Are you eligible for NDIS? You can be eligible for the NDIS if you are the following:
  • Are under 65 when you make your application.
  • Are an Australian Citizen or resident or permanent visa holder.
  • And meet the disability or early intervention requirements.

How do you claim your Eco Period items on NDIS?

If you are NDIS Plan managed or self managed, you can claim back your incontinence aids post-purchase, through the NDIS or you can request an invoice from us, to sent to your plan manager for payment. 
Post-Purchase Claiming
Here are the steps you need to follow:
  1. We recommend that you check with your plan manager at NDIS before placing an order, as the NDIS may not reimburse some plan-managed clients.
  2. Once you have the all-clear, then go ahead and buy your Eco Period products, remembering to save your order details.
  3. Forward your Eco Period paid tax invoice to your plan manager or directly to NDIS for reimbursement under your NDIS plan.
  4. Wait for the money to come back to your account!
Pre-Purchase Claiming
1. Email us at info@ecoperiod.com.au requesting which items you require, provide us with your email address for the order, your / your client's Name and NDIS number and the delivery address.  
2. If you would like us to email the invoice to the plan manager, please provide us with their email address too, when we have created the invoice, we will email it to your plan manager for you.  It will include payment details for direct deposit.
3. Once the order has been paid for by your plan manager (we need a remittance advice from them), we will send you your order to the address provided. 
This process is fairly fast, and just depends on the speed at which your manager can make the payment.  Paid orders are shipped the same or next day after payment is made.
