When you feel ready, insert your Love Stone into your vagina large end first (string side down). Isolate and contract the anterior muscles of the vagina, which will keep your Love Stone in.
Gently squeeze your Love Stone in the middle section of the vaginal canal until you feel you have a grip on it. Practice moving your egg up and down the length of the canal and keep your egg from popping out until you’re ready.
When out of breath, exhale and relax PC (pubococcygeus) muscle completely while keeping egg in.
On inhale, repeat step 5.
Repeat 10 times, at least 2-3 times per week.
When finished, relax and push your egg out.
We do provide additional exercises in a leaflet included with your order.

Wash with a gentle soap before first use and after each use, including the string. Rinse well and leave it to dry thoroughly before reusing.
With regular practice, it becomes important to energetically clean your jade egg by putting it in a bowl of sea salt.
It is recommended as a general rule, to start with the large egg for about a month, practicing a few times a week. then moving on to the medium size and after about 6 months of practice, progressing to the small size.
However, this is general advice, you may find the large egg too big or too heavy for your vaginal muscles and prefer to start with a medium or small size. It really depends on the individual and what feels right for you.
In this video, Dr Barbara O'Neill discuses the benefits of yoni stones for strengthening pelvic floor naturally, for healing incontinence and prolapse.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
GIA stands for the Gemological Institute of America — the world's most respected independent authority on gemstone authenticity. GIA certification means your nephrite jade yoni egg has been independently verified as genuine natural stone, with no synthetic materials, dyes, or chemical treatments. Many yoni eggs sold online are not genuine nephrite jade. Ours are certified in batches by GIA so you can feel confident in what you are working with.
-
Yes, when properly cleansed before and after each use. Nephrite jade is naturally non-porous and dense, which means it does not harbour bacteria the way softer or porous stones can.
Wash your egg with a gentle unscented soap and warm water before first use and after every session.
Rinse thoroughly and leave to air dry completely before storing. Never boil your jade egg or use harsh chemical cleaners as this can cause cracking.
-
Physical cleanse: wash with a gentle unscented soap and warm water before each use and after each session. Rinse well and air dry completely before storing.
Energetic cleanse: place your egg in a bowl of sea salt overnight, or leave it in moonlight. Do not submerge in boiling water. Store in the velvet pouch provided, away from direct sunlight.

The large egg is the recommended starting point for most women, particularly those who have experienced vaginal childbirth, as it is easier to grip and hold while you are still developing pelvic floor awareness. As your control increases, you progress to medium and then small.
If you have a hypertonic (tight or overactive) pelvic floor — where the muscles are holding excess tension rather than being weak — you may find the small or medium more comfortable to begin with. Our trio set includes all three sizes so you are covered at every stage of your practice.
-
A hypertonic pelvic floor means your pelvic floor muscles are overactive or holding excess tension, rather than being weak or underactive.
Women with a hypertonic pelvic floor often benefit from starting with a smaller egg and focusing on breath, relaxation, and gentle body awareness rather than strengthening.
If you are unsure whether this applies to you, consider speaking with a pelvic floor physiotherapist before beginning a yoni egg practice.
-
No. Your vaginal canal is a closed passage and there is nowhere for the egg to travel beyond the cervix.
If you ever feel unsure about removal, relax your body, take a few slow deep breaths, and bear down gently as if having a bowel movement — the egg will release naturally.
The string also makes retrieval simple. Full instructions are included with your order.
-
Drilled eggs have a small hole through the narrow end so you can thread a string — we recommend unwaxed dental floss.
The string makes retrieval easier and also allows you to add gentle resistance to your practice.
All eggs in this trio set are drilled and come pre-strung. You can remove the string and use the egg without it at any time — the choice is yours.
-
A: Most women begin with 2 to 3 sessions per week, 15 to 30 minutes at a time. This varies from woman to woman depending on your starting point and consistency.
Many women notice a greater sense of body awareness and connection within the first few weeks. Noticeable changes in pelvic floor strength typically develop over 6 to 12 weeks of regular practice.
-
We recommend pausing your yoni egg practice during menstruation.
Your body is in a natural release phase and it is more supportive to rest during this time rather than engage in strengthening work.
Resume your practice once your period has finished.

Because yoni eggs are intimate items, they are non-returnable for hygiene reasons once dispatched. We encourage you to read the product description and this FAQ carefully before purchasing.
