Eco Period Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Eco Period, we’re committed to providing reusable period underwear and swimwear that keep you comfortable and confident. To protect our customers and maintain strict hygiene standards, please review our policy before starting a return or exchange.
Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with tags and hygiene liners intact.

Period underwear & swimwear: you may try on one item only (over clean underwear) and still remain eligible.

Requests must be submitted within 20 days of delivery.

Hygiene-sensitive items (yoni eggs, kegel balls, cloth pads, menstrual cups) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
First-Time Customer Guarantee (40 Days)
If you’re a first-time customer, you can try one pair of period underwear risk-free for 40 days.

If it does not perform as intended (absorption/leak protection), we’ll issue a refund or store credit for that pair (excluding shipping).

This guarantee is limited to one trial pair per customer.

Fit issues (size/style) are not covered under this guarantee and will be managed as an exchange.

Worn items beyond their absorption capacity cannot be refunded.
Exchanges & Store Credit

Exchanges are available for size/style changes on eligible items.

Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty.

We’ll cover shipping for the replacement item (one replacement per order).

If your requested size/style is unavailable, we’ll issue a store credit equal to your item value (excluding shipping).
Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please lodge a return request within 7 days and upload photos for verification.

Once confirmed, we’ll offer a replacement, refund, or store credit (including shipping).
Refunds
-
Refunds are only available under the First-Time Guarantee or for faulty/damaged items.

Refunds are not available for change of mind, wrong size, or style issues.

A restocking fee of 10% may apply for approved refunds.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Bundles & Multipacks

Bundles and multipacks are non-refundable.
-
Unused/unwashed items from a bundle may be exchanged within 20 days for equal value (or pay the difference for a higher-value item).
Order Cancellations or Changes
-
Orders are processed quickly, and we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once submitted.

If incorrect details are provided (e.g., wrong address), the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
How to Start a Return/Exchange

Please use our Returns Portal to submit your request.

Follow the steps, upload photos if required, and select whether you’d like an exchange, store credit, or refund (where eligible).

Once received and inspected, we’ll process your request promptly.
