RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us! We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we want to make the process as easy as possible for you. Please review our returns policy below for our period underwear, period swimwear, cloth pads, menstrual cups, and yoni eggs/ kegel balls.

Yoni eggs, kegel balls and menstrual cups cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged due to the personal nature of these products. We strongly recommend that you research and carefully consider your purchase before making it.

Unworn period underwear, period swimwear, and cloth pads can be exchanged for store credit or for items of equal or lesser value within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. All tags and labels must also be attached.

To initiate an exchange, please email our customer service team at info@ecoperiod.com.au with your order number, the item you would like to exchange, and the reason for the exchange. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with your exchange.

Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange, unless the item was defective or damaged upon receipt. In such cases, we will cover the cost of shipping for the exchange.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please email our customer service team at info@ecoperiod.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defective or damaged product. Our team will work with you to provide a replacement or exchange for a different product, depending on your preference.

60 Day Risk Free Trial on Period Underwear – first-time customers only.

As a first-time customer, you may try one pair of period underwear for 60-days risk-free and if it doesn't function as an alternative to pads and tampons, we will happily give you your money back (minus the cost of shipping) or a store credit or exchange.

We will require an explanation of the reason for your request.  The trial applies to one worn garment only and is purely based on the functionality of the product, (not the fit of the product, which can be determined by trying the product on over clean underwear).  We cannot refund a product that has simply been worn past the absorption capacity of the garment.  Everyone's flow is different.  Some underwear will last a whole day on some people, but only two hours for another person with a heavy flow (for example).  So we don't claim that our underwear will last a specified number of hours.  We suggest you try them at home first to get to know how long they will last for you, so you can be prepared to change throughout the day, if need be. No further refunds, credits or exchanges can be given on any additional worn or washed underpants (e.g if purchased in a bundle).

Exchanges of unworn/ as new underwear

Unworn (and unwashed), as-new pairs in a purchased Bundle can be exchanged for items of similar value, if the items you wish to exchange for are individually more expensive, there may be a small fee involved for upgrading.  Common reasons for exchange include wrong size, selected in error or wrong size sent due to differences in our sizing and your expectations.  Please do not worry if this happens, we will gladly exchange, please just email us at info@ecoperiod.com.au with your request, including the name your order was placed in and order number if you have it handy.

 

Refunds 

Refunds will only be eligible if garments are unworn and unwashed and in original condition and if a replacement is not available.  Refunds are not applied simply for change of mind. Refunds are not available for yoni eggs, kegel balls or menstrual cups.  Garments must be returned for exchange within 14 days of purchase or goods will be sent back to the customer.  If eligible for a return, you may request:

  • a credit on the items returned, excluding the cost incurred by Eco Period for the original postage to you.
  • an exchange on the unworn garments for items of the same price, may be in a different style and/or size, customer to cover return postage.
  • a refund on the unworn garments, excluding the cost incurred by Eco Period for the original postage to you.

Please make sure that underwear is tried on over your own clean underwear. In the interest of hygiene, we will refuse returns of items where it’s obvious that this hasn’t been done or items that have been washed, as this makes the product used.

If eligible for return, customers will be responsible for the cost of returning the garment/s to us. We suggest using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for the parcel if it goes missing.

Once the garments are received back at our warehouse, we will process the refund/credit note/exchange within 7-10 business days. The refund will be paid back to the payment gateway that the customer used to purchase the order.

Please note, any refund requests made using Afterpay and Paypal will incur a 6% fee, which is the non-refundable fees charged by Afterpay and PayPal to us. We will also deduct the cost incurred by us to ship your original order to you.

Store Credit

Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash. Store credit cannot be transferred. Any orders placed in store credit will only be refunded as store credit if necessary. Store credits are applied to the account registered with Eco Period Australia and used to place your order.

Order cancellation requests, Changes to orders

We send out parcels hourly so we will try to change your order if possible, but there are no guarantees. If you discover that you have made a mistake with your order, please contact Customer service immediately at info@ecoperiod.com.au as we may be able to fix mid fulfillment. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to amend your order in accordance with your instructions.

Bundle pack policy

If you have purchased a bundle pack you will be unable to receive a refund for these items. As they are discounted items, the sale is final. You may exchange unused (and unwashed) items from the bundle pack within 14 days of purchase, for items of equal value, or pay the difference and you will also be responsible for the replacement shipping costs (we will send you a payment request).
